Terms of Service for FuturNation Collective

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FuturNation Collective network ("the Network"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Network.

2. Membership

2.1. Eligibility: Membership is open to people who complete the application process.

2.2. Subscription: Members will be charged a monthly fee of £4.47. Payments are non-refundable.

2.3. Inactivity: Members who remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to be listed as invaluable excluding you from cash prizes, if removed from the group chat we will remind you to cancel your membership via email, but we will not do it for you.

3. Content and Conduct

3.1. User Responsibility: Members are responsible for all content they post and must comply with applicable laws.

3.2. Personal Branding Only: Promotion of commercial brands is not allowed; only personal branding is permitted.

3.3. Prohibited Conduct: Members may not engage in any unlawful, harmful, irrelevant, or offensive conduct. No spam or unvaluable content is allowed.

3.4. Content Guidelines: Members should strive to share valuable, relevant, and respectful content that aligns with the Network's purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and branding related to the Network are the exclusive property of FuturNation Collective and are protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect and use personal information.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Network is provided "as is," and we make no warranties or representations about its accuracy, reliability, or availability. We will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Network.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Network signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
